Very experienced, with the real teachings from India, professional, technical, but also really focused on her students to help them progress, challenge them when she thinks they can, but she also adapts the poses when one does not feel good. Her calm and her joy fills the yoga room. I miss her a lot and would of course recommend anyone who loves yoga practice with her. I practiced ashtanga yoga with her but her experience is diverse.
